4-Day Beginner’s Training Program

This is our basic beginner’s training program where you start your “MoToLyfe” journey. It’s for the riders who are total beginners and have limited or no knowledge of how to ride a bike.

Day 1:
This day extends our Demo session. Once participants are ready to begin their motorcycle journey, they engage in more immersive training, learning how to walk with the bike and balance it at its center of gravity using one hand. This is an excellent foundational skill that helps riders become more familiar and comfortable with the motorcycle. Participants are also introduced to the gear and brake mechanisms, along with the importance of wearing full riding gear and other essentials.

Day 2:
Day 2 begins by putting the knowledge gained on Day 1 into practical use. Participants are equipped with full gear and assigned a bike on the training ranch. They receive a refresher on gears, braking, and basic bike mechanics. Then comes the moment they’ve been waiting for—their first ride. The focus of the day is on shifting gears, becoming fluent with starting and stopping, and overcoming the fear of speed by riding in third or fourth gear. It’s one of the most fulfilling days, as participants finally apply what they learned in the Demo and Day 1 sessions.

Day 3:
This day focuses on three core exercises: slalom, emergency braking, and the figure-eight. These drills are essential for developing turning skills, improving vision, and preparing for emergencies on the road. The techniques learned on Day 2 are reinforced and put into practical use, helping participants build advanced control and confidence.

Day 4:
Day 4 presents real-world challenges through obstacle courses that include off-roading, gravel, and sand. These scenarios prepare trainees for typical road conditions in India. Riders are first guided through each terrain while seated, followed by practicing the same course while straddling the bike. Each rider then learns to ride with a pillion passenger. Once they complete these exercises, they take their first ride outside the ranch with a short spin on village roads.

Each day builds upon the last, targeting a specific skill or technique. By the end of the program, participants gain the confidence and knowledge they need to take their first solo motorcycle ride.
